REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Tax360.

If our clients are not fully satisfied with any of our services and get in touch with us, we prioritize our focus on correcting the situation.

This page is dedicated to the policies of Tax360 regarding the refund policy. As stated per the policy of our company, refund payments will be applicable only in exceptional cases under the strict module.

REFUND POLICIES:

  • Personal Cancellation: We do not offer refunds if buyers cancel our services due to personal reasons. While we may stop providing state services, we do not provide reimbursement in such cases.
  • Technical Error: Refunds will be issued only in the event of duplicate payments due to technical errors on our part.
  • Incorrect Charges: If any charges are miscalculated, we will promptly investigate the matter and issue a refund for the appropriate amount.
  • Refund Request Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 working days from the date of payment.
  • Refund Processing Time: We aim to process refunds within 30 days from the date the request is submitted.
  • Policy Misuse: We reserve the right to cancel a processed refund payment if any misuse of our policies is identified. Additionally, the service associated with the refund may be cancelled.
  • Future Service Restrictions: Misusing our policies to request a refund may result in restrictions on accessing our services in the future.
  • Written Communication: All refund-related communication must be in writing, using the email address registered with us.
  • Incorrect Communication Data: If incorrect communication data is provided, the issued refund will be cancelled.
  • Service Non-Delivery: Refunds will only be issued if we fail to deliver the services as promised.
  • Refund Discretion: The decision to issue a refund rests solely with us, and we retain the right to make such decisions in all circumstances.
  • Verification Process: Refund processing is subject to the verification of allegations and provided information, which may take some time.
  • Deductions: Refunds will be issued after deducting all applicable taxes or finance charges.
